You will need the following documentation to register your child:
- Birth Certificate or Adoption Certificate, Canadian Citizenship Certificate, Landed Immigration Certificate/Permanent Residence Status, Student Authorization (Visa) Certificate
- Proof of Residency

General Stewart does not have a Preschool program. Click here for information about Preschool in the Division.
A child turning 5 years of age on or before December 31 is eligible for Kindergarten. Kindergarten registration for the 2024-25 school year opens Jan 22.
Starting on Jan. 22, 2024, Lethbridge School Division will be accepting registrations for Kindergarten.
Kindergarten is offered in each Division school, and no fees are charged. Please contact your neighbourhood school for information on the registration process. To find your neighbourhood school, visit the Transportation section of our website here: SCHOOL BOUNDARIES. You can enter your address in the School Locator Package link or click on the Online Catchment link.
Please note, students must be five years old as of Dec. 31, 2024 to register for Kindergarten. Lethbridge School Division prides itself on offering Kindergarten programs with an early-intervention and child-centred focus.

**If you already have a PowerSchool account created for any student, please sign in with PowerSchool and add a new student on the School Engage tab. If you have a student currently in the division you should have a PowerSchool account. Please contact Candice in the office to check your log in details! 403-328-1201. Please note this process seems to work better on a computer vs using your phone.
If you are new to the division and do not have PowerSchool account, please create a new account in SchoolEngage below.
1. Click on the registration link below.
2. Once you have added a new student or created a new account, LOG OUT.
3. Log back in using the registration link below and click on "Students"
4. Choose the student you wish to register and the registration forms will be listed.
